![Went to meet Chip by myself while my mom was in town hall getting her handicap pass and he spent at least 15 minutes with me. I had my old autograph book from 1998 with me and he looked at every page. He saw the picture from the last time I met him [top picture] and insisted we recreate it. Then he noticed I was all alone, and forced me to give my phone to a stranger to take our picture. I almost died of happiness.
